# How to Add Collections?

## Add Collections in Home

To add a collection to your guest's account on the HMS Hotel Program home page room view, click on the ![](https://www.hmschannelmanager.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Ekran-goruntusu-2025-03-04-172509.png)  icon at the top of the room your guest has booked and click on ![](https://www.hmschannelmanager.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Ekran-goruntusu-2025-03-04-172544.png)  link from the drop-down menu. You will see the following popup collection screen.

You can add a collection to your guest's account by filling in the "Payment Type", "Total Amount" and "Description" sections on the Collection screen.

## Adding Collections on Monthly View Screen

Adding collections in the Monthly View view is done in a similar way as on the homepage. When you click on the relevant reservation, you can access the collection screen by clicking the ![](https://www.hmschannelmanager.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Ekran-goruntusu-2025-03-04-172544.png)  link from the drop-down menu.
