## What is Forecast Report in Hotels?

It is a comprehensive occupancy data report that determines the occupancy rate and covers all days of the month, such as check-in, number of occupied rooms, number of people, number of vacant rooms, occupancy percentage rate, which you can get daily or monthly.

## HMS Hotel Program - Forecast Report

You can access Forecast reports in HMS Hotel Program by clicking Menu > Reports link.

## Forecast Report by Room Types

You can see your occupancy rates according to room types on any date by clicking the **“List by Room Type”  ![](https://www.hmschannelmanager.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/listbyroom.png)** button on the Forecast reports screen.
